Adam represents buyers and sellers in sale of the business transactions, in particular in the healthcare, medical device and technology sectors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 2003 and his law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 2006. Adam clerked for the Honorable Federico A. Moreno, chief United States District Judge of the Southern District of Florida, which provided him with an appreciation of how litigation works—an excellent perspective for strategizing how to mitigate litigation risks in transactional and corporate governance matters.
