“LEAP INTO THE ARTS”
Crickett Wireless and The San Diego Art Institute have teamed together to present, "Leap into the Arts", a program that highlights the philosophy of "Art Beyond Aesthetics" focusing on culture, diversity, and community growth. It is important for The San Diego Art Institute to educate the community that there is value in the visual arts “beyond aesthetics”. The scope of work SDAI has presented is through our “Outreach Through Exhibition Program” and a focus on our mission to advance the visual arts through Exhibition, Outreach and Education.
Through the collaboration it is our goal to:
- To feature a quarterly rotating exhibition of art at the corporate offices of Crickett Wireless, to highlight both young and professional artists in the San Diego Community
- To broaden the understanding and exposure of the visual arts into the corporate culture and San Diego community.
Stay tuned for upcoming exhibitions of artwork created by students all throughout San Diego County in 2010.
The San Diego Art Institute is located in Balboa Park, House of Charm at 1439 El Prado.
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 10 am – 4pm. Sunday 12 – 4pm
